This experience could not have been easier. Making the appointment was the only frustration because I had to wait about 3 weeks but I understand mechanics are busy! Once I got there, Gabriel explained everything to me in terms of how long the wait might be depending on if the parts I needed were in stock. Turns out they were and they got the car back out to me in just two hours!! Loved the complimentary coffee and water in the waiting room. Only thing I would say could be better would have been for them to let me know that ...

Takes too long to get parts for the KIAs. 4 to 5 weeks for a back up camera part is not acceptable. I understand that this is KIA not the service Department. I will consider not purchasing a KIA in the future because several times we had to wait at least 4 days or more for parts. You can get packages over night but KIA cannot get a part sooner.

I went into the dealership and took note of how clean and organized it was as they were sanitizing everything which made me feel safe and comfortable as COVID is still out here. My salesman Freddie was absolutely amazing, and knowledgeable on the car I brought which is my first car! He didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had throughout my purchasing process. Christine was very friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicle that we purchased. This is my first Kia and so far it’s perfect. The 10 year warranty is what made me want to try Kia but the good sales person will make us want to be repeat buyers.
